I work with individuals and couples to improve their connection to themselves, their loved ones, and to what makes life meaningful for them. When these aspects of our lives are out of balance, we often feel overwhelmed.

Stress, anxiety, and depression can impact your relationships, work, or your physical wellbeing.  Whether your concern centers around family, work, relationships, illness, or one of life's many unexpected challenges - we can work together to develop your strengths and coping skills, with the overall goal of you living a life of optimal wellness.

My approach stems from the belief that when we are able to tell our story without fear of judgment, in a safe space with someone we trust, we are able to uncover our authentic voice, discover our strengths, and feel empowered to cope, heal and live.
