Jennifer Kolb, LCMHC, NCC, PSEP

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor,                                     Provisional Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

jenniferI provide counseling for adults who are dealing with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship stress. By concentrating on the uniqueness of each person and using a humanistic approach that is solution-focused and strength-based, I focus on helping clients achieve increased well-being.

As a trauma-informed counselor, I also integrate Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) techniques into my practice. SE™ is an integrative body‐focused approach to the healing and resolution of trauma and other embodied stress.

My clinical experience includes providing individual and group counseling in an inpatient behavioral health setting, working as a substance abuse counselor at an outpatient addictive disease center, and providing crisis counseling in a wide variety of community settings.

I believe that you are ultimately the expert on yourself and that you are your own greatest resource. We will work together collaboratively on the concerns that you are facing.
